Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.

The place was clean, spacious, had a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food options, and my room was on the third floor.

There was the very very good breakfast, enjoyed the location.

Generally everything was amazing. Had the suite which was huge on level 3. The stuff was very helpful, always with a smile on face. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurant...

the twin room was reasonably spacious with plenty of loungers, the balcony and beautiful views. the stuff where very polite, exceptional.

The boat itself is amazing, with a new and clean interior. the family room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience enjoyable. the view from the cruise was breathtaking, with great views of the surroundings. the room had a big bed and large windows, allowing us to fully appreciate the beauty of the area. the tour guide, Vinny, was extremely helpful and welcoming. we had a fantastic time on the cruise.

Every visit to Ha Long we like to stay here. The hotel is family-friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean. We loved affable and reasonably good personnel that ensures guests have an incredible stay. The onsite bar is great, the barmen offers complementary drinks.

The view was amazing 😍, the breakfast was decent, and the beds were really comfortable. My room came with a nice work desk, coffee and tea making stuff, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The rooms at Mon Cheri Cruises were amazing! They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - a desk, kettle, fridge, minibar, safety deposit box. The balcony was a great addition, offering a beautiful view. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days. Plus, the private bathroom with a shower was clean and modern. It made us feel right at home!

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the twin/double room a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my preference.

The room I stayed in at Mon Cheri Cruises was fantastic! It had everything I needed, from a cozy desk to a convenient fridge and minibar. The air conditioning was a blessing, and I loved watching the flat-screen TV from the comfort of the seating area. The balcony offered stunning views, and the private bathroom with a shower was a big plus. The room felt like a home away from home for me as a guest with physical handicaps.

I had a wonderful trip to Ha Long for 2 nights and Mon Cheri Cruises went above and beyond to make me feel great. The staff, especially Tami, Jimmy, and An, were dedicated to ensuring my needs were met and the service was exceptional. They even accommodated my special dietary requirement with delicious vegetarian food. The place is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and spacious rooms with stunning water views. The itinerary for the cruise was planned well and the food, including the breakfast buffet, was amazing. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

I had a fantastic stay here, it was great value for money and everything was exceptional, the staff was really friendly, and the room on level 3 was equipped with a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities.

We had a romantic escape and the boat was perfect for it. the staff was excellent and made our stay unforgettable. the room was spacious and clean with serene views of the water. We were pleasantly surprised by the massage chair and the lunch buffet was delicious with lots of variety. the bed by the window was a charming touch.

The bathroom had poor ventilation, making it stuffy and the towels were old and had some stains. the food could have been more authentic to the region.

The staff, especially Bobby, went above and beyond to make our dinners on the boat extraordinary. The restaurant was top-notch and the rooms were spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the breathtaking views of the limestone karsts and the amazing activities offered on the cruise. It was a memorable experience for the whole family.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities available for families with children.

Spent Christmas on a cruise and had a great time! The view was stunning! We had a fantastic room with incredible views of the bay. The food was also top-notch and included a variety of different dishes. The staff were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best aspects was the hot tub, which we enjoyed in the evenings while watching the stars.

Despite the amazing views, the cocktails were quite pricey and they don't have much of an evening entertainment. There were also no non-alcoholic drinks included in the meals, which seemed odd.
